Polycarbonate molds are high quality molds that will not warp or bend. They create chocolate pieces that are finely detailed and glossy.
Mold has 21 identical cavities. To use mold: fill each cavity with melted candy coating or melted and tempered real chocolate.
Tap molds on counter to release any air bubbles. Place mold in the freezer 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
Turn mold over to release chocolate pieces.
